What is the PupCode on the vial?
No product name appears on any vial. Each cap carries a PupCode — a glossy two-ring color code; enter it in your Passport on the Puptides site and it blooms the name, dose, batch reference and any approved certificate link and refill status. On the web, nothing to install. Discretion on your shelf. No name on the vial — the PupCode says it all.
Does the voice button actually work?
Yes — tap the mic on the species or goal step and say something like “dog”, “cat”, “coat”, “calm”, “weight” or “senior” and it selects the matching card. It uses your browser's Web Speech API, so it works best in Chrome or Edge; if your browser doesn't support it, just tap a card instead.
